Finding the right substance abuse treatment and recovery program can be difficult. Our agency offers individualized substance abuse treatment plans that help build confidence and establish meaningful relationships. Our programs are meant to be effective and affordable.

Dedication is one of our founding principles. Our staff is comprised of LCAC (Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselors), LMAC (Licensed Master's Addiction Counselors), LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselors) and professionals that understand the nature of addiction and the best means for breaking the cycle. The founders Christopher and Tammy Lund began City On A Hill, Inc. in 2007.

City On A Hill, Inc., of Kansas, offers substance abuse treatment and addiction recovery programs for men, women, and adolescents at our Garden City outpatient location. City On A Hill, Inc. offers short-term residential treatment for adult women 18 and older at our Dighton location. With our more than 40 years of experience, our facility and staff are truly committed to providing the most personable and comprehensive care available. Utilizing cognitive behavior programs and evidence-based practices we have committed ourselves to excellence. Our 10-acre campus in Dighton is an ideal setting for women to rebuild their confidence and shake the binding chains of addiction. We strive to provide an inclusive environment, using individual, group counseling, and faith-based services to help those in need.
