Founders
Christopher and Tammy Lund are the founders of City On A Hill, Inc. and brought more than 30 years of substance abuse treatment and recovery experience to the organization. City On A Hill, Inc. was founded in 2007 as a faith based non-profit organization with the mission to serve women afflicted by substance abuse. Since the retirement of the Lunds , City On A Hill, Inc.'s new leadership team has continued to carry out the mission of the organization - that quality SUD treatment and recovery which is rooted in faith be provided to those in need.

Mission Statement
It is the mission of City On A Hill, Inc. substance abuse treatment center, to provide the best quality service of residential and outpatient substance abuse treatment to those persons afflicted. It is philosophy of City On A Hill, Inc. that the ability to overcome addiction is rooted in faith. As a faith-based center, we strive to keep God, family, and self at the core of our treatment services.
